Rooted in Karnataka

Headquartered in Bengaluru, developing our circular bioenergy platform in Karnataka.

One input, five outputs

A zero-waste model where every stream of value is captured and nothing is discarded.

SATAT & GOBARdhan aligned

Built squarely within India's national missions for clean fuel and waste-to-wealth.

Regenerative by design

Clean energy on one side, healthier soil on the other — value that gives back.

About us

Difficult waste, reimagined as wealth.

Orgyanik Sathwam Solutions Private Limited is a Karnataka-based circular bioeconomy company. We take the agricultural residue and organic waste that usually goes unused — and convert it, through clean anaerobic digestion, into renewable energy, regenerative soil inputs and measurable climate impact.

Our promise is in our name: to go beyond organic and beyond sustainable — building a system where waste is never the end of a cycle, but the beginning of the next one. We cultivate dedicated energy crops for feedstock security and design every facility around a single principle: capture all the value, waste none of it.

Our vision

To make India energy-resilient and its soils alive again — turning the nation's organic waste into a renewable, circular economy.

Our mission

To build and operate clean, community-rooted bioenergy facilities in Karnataka that produce affordable green fuel and restore farmland health.

ORGYANIK SATHWAM

Beyond Organic. Beyond Sustainable.

The feedstock edge

Grown, not just gathered.

Most biogas projects depend on whatever waste they can buy. We design for security from the ground up — cultivating dedicated energy crops alongside local agricultural residue, so our facilities always have clean, reliable feedstock to run on.

Dedicated energy cropsLocal agri-residueSupply security
Our USP — what sets us apart

Why Orgyanik Sathwam.

Plenty of projects can make gas. Our edge is in how the whole system is built — secure feedstock, five products, and a genuinely closed loop, run by people who know the science.

01 · Feedstock we control

Grown, not just gathered

We cultivate dedicated energy crops alongside local agri-residue — so our plants have secure, reliable feedstock instead of depending on whatever waste can be bought.

02 · Five products, one input

More value per tonne

Beyond gas: CBG, liquid and solid organic manure, biogenic CO₂ and carbon credits. Diversified output makes every facility more resilient.

03 · Truly circular

Zero-waste by design

Spent digestate returns to the land to grow the next crop. The loop is built into the model from day one, not bolted on later.

04 · In-house agronomy

Science, not guesswork

Dedicated crop-science and agronomy leadership means feedstock quality and yield are engineered and improved — a capability most operators lack.

05 · Demand is mandated

Buyers, guaranteed

Aligned with SATAT and GOBARdhan, with Oil Marketing Company offtake and a national blending mandate — we enter a market with legally-required buyers.

06 · Rooted in Karnataka

Local-first, farmer-first

Plants built within the community create rural jobs and direct farmer partnerships — building feedstock supply and goodwill together.

What we make

One feedstock. Five streams of value.

Every facility is engineered so a single input becomes five distinct products — clean energy, two grades of organic nutrition, captured gas and tradeable climate impact.

01 · Fuel

Compressed Biogas

Pipeline-grade CBG — a clean, renewable replacement for imported CNG that powers transport and industry while cutting emissions.

Clean transport & industrial fuel
02 · Soil

Liquid Organic Manure

LFOM, a living fertiliser rich in nutrients and beneficial microbes that restores structure and fertility to tired farmland.

Regenerates depleted soils
03 · Soil

Pelletised & Powder Manure

PROM in concentrated pellet and powder form — easy to store, transport and apply, ready for farms, retail and beyond.

Convenient, concentrated nutrition
04 · Gas

Biogenic CO₂

Pure CO₂ captured during gas upgrading — a clean second product for the beverage, dry-ice and green-chemistry sectors.

Captured, not emitted
05 · Impact

Carbon Credits

Every tonne of avoided methane and displaced fossil fuel becomes a verified climate asset under recognised carbon methodologies.

Measurable climate value
The loop

Closed & circular

Spent digestate returns to the land to grow the next crop. Nothing leaves the system as waste — it compounds into value.

Zero-waste by design
How it works

From field to fuel, in four moves.

A clean, modular plant blueprint built to be repeated reliably across Karnataka.

CIRCULAR · ZERO-WASTE LOOP01GatherCrop residue & energy crops02DigestSealed digesters make biogasCO203Upgrade & capturePurify to CBG, capture CO204Deliver & regenerateFuel out, digestate to soil
Step 01

Gather

Agricultural residue, organic waste and our own energy crops are aggregated at the facility.

Step 02

Digest

Inside sealed digesters, natural microbes break the feedstock down into raw biogas and nutrient-rich slurry.

Step 03

Upgrade & capture

Raw gas is purified into pipeline-grade CBG, while biogenic CO₂ is separated and captured as a second product.

Step 04

Deliver & regenerate

Clean fuel and organic manure reach the market; digestate returns to the soil to begin the cycle again.

The opportunity

Compressed biogas: India's moment, a proven global model.

Orgyanik Sathwam sits inside one of the clearest energy transitions of the decade — a model already scaled across the world, and just getting started at home.

Guaranteed demand

Buyers are mandated. Supply is scarce.

Under SATAT, public Oil Marketing Companies offer long-term offtake for compressed biogas — and a national blending obligation now makes that demand mandatory. New, well-run plants enter a market that needs far more than exists today.

Climate impact

What an Orgyanik Sathwam plant takes out of the air.

A facility starts at 12 tonnes of compressed biogas a day — and the model scales as we grow. Set the plant capacity (up to 500 TPD) and the yearly uptime to see the climate impact change live.

12 TPDCBG plant capacity
330 days / year
10,890 t
Fossil CO₂ emissions avoided / year
3,960 t
Clean CBG produced / year
6,402 t
Biogenic CO₂ captured / year
2,367petrol cars off the road / year
1,81,500tree seedlings grown for 10 yrs

Estimates scale with the capacity and uptime you choose (default: a 12 TPD plant, 330 days). Annual CBG = capacity (t/day) × operating days. Fossil CO₂ avoided assumes CBG displaces fossil natural gas/CNG — burning one tonne of methane releases ≈ 2.75 t CO₂, which renewable, biogenic CBG replaces. Biogenic CO₂ captured scales from Orgyanik Sathwam's ≈ 19.4 t/day parameter for a 12 TPD plant (≈ 1.6 t per tonne of CBG). Equivalents use the U.S. EPA Greenhouse Gas Equivalencies (≈ 4.6 t CO₂ per car·year; ≈ 0.06 t CO₂ per tree seedling grown 10 years). Indicative figures, not a guarantee.

Rural impact
